Tunisia, November 2025 — Junior Chamber International (JCI), a global network of young leaders committed to creating positive change, has officially unveiled JCI’s New Logo during its 2025 World Congress. The event marks a historic moment for the organization as it celebrates its 110th year of empowering young leaders through meaningful action, collaboration, and impact. The launch of the new identity represents more than a visual change; it symbolizes JCI’s renewed direction as the leading leadership organization for the next generation.

A Century of Impact and a Vision for the Future

For more than a century, JCI has empowered young people to create sustainable impact through leadership, collaboration, and innovation. As society continues to transform, the organization recognized the need for a visual identity that mirrors its growth and renewed focus.

The decision to update JCI’s identity followed a comprehensive evaluation involving several creative agencies from around the world. Each agency presented concepts that would capture JCI’s legacy while modernizing its image for the next generation of changemakers. The result was a brand that balances heritage with forward momentum, signaling JCI’s readiness to shape the future of leadership.

Building a Brand for a Changing World

The creation of the new JCI logo was informed by extensive research, including findings from the JCI Youth Leadership Survey, which provided valuable insights into how young people perceive leadership today. The feedback revealed a strong desire for authenticity, relevance, and innovation in how organizations communicate their mission.

This insight came at a time when the global landscape is evolving rapidly with the rise of generative AI and shifting expectations of leadership. JCI recognized the need to differentiate itself from other global networks by presenting a unified brand that speaks to both its heritage and its role in shaping modern leadership.

The Meaning Behind the Design

The new JCI Logo retains the familiar blue color palette of the previous version to honor the organization’s history and continuity. The redesign focuses on a modernized shield that carries deep symbolic meaning for members worldwide.

  • The Ripple Effect within the shield symbolizes personal development and the positive impact that JCI members create in their communities.
  • The shield also subtly integrates the letters J C I, reinforcing unity and recognition.
  • Its four elements represent JCI’s four global regions and the four Areas of Opportunity that define the organization: Individual Development, Community Action, International Cooperation, and Business and Entrepreneurship.

Together, these elements form a timeless emblem that connects JCI’s heritage to its future as a truly global Leadership Organization.

JCI Legazpi Follows Suit

With this change from the organization, JCI Legazpi started the transition and is now adopting the new logo. In the next few months, the new logo will replace all existing old logos that the local organization is using on all its platforms.
